Hangzhou Siyuan Polyester Co., Ltd. is a privately owned joint-stock company with a registered capital of 8.8 million Yuan. Established in 2007, we are located in Yaqian Town, which is famous for chemical fiber production. Our factory covers an area of about 3 hectares. Until now, our fixed assets have reached about 200 million Yuan.

Our annual production capacity was of 80 thousand tons of polyester products and 80 thousand tons of polyester filaments (POY and DTY).

1. Polymerization section:

The polymerization technique is provided by China Textiles Industrial Engineering Institute. The equipment was imported from Europe, America and Japan. The layout production capacity of polyester is 100 tons per day.

2. Spinning section:

The techniques and equipment of spinning production lines are provided by Chinese companies. The layout production capacity is 100 tons of filaments per day, including 2 lines of POY (1 line*36 posit-ions*12 ends). Both spinning machines and take-up winders are available.

3. Stretching section:

The Stretching production section consists of 4 MURATA 33H (including 6 "S+Z") stretching machines from Japan and 4 RPR stretching machines from Italy.

After years' efforts, our company has been a well known enterprise in this field. Our products have become one of the first choices for export-oriented fabric manufacturers and also have been directly exported to many countries throughout the world.
